Hi, I’m Nyssa,
For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a passion for helping people, and this has shaped every aspect of my journey. After completing a Bachelor of Psychological Science at Swinburne University and a Graduate Diploma in Counselling from Deakin University, I realized that my love for learning and sharing knowledge extended far beyond the traditional therapy room.
Now, I’m dedicated to offering holistic well-being solutions through a variety of platforms. Whether it’s through my online courses, podcasts, or blog, I aim to empower individuals to take charge of their mental health, confidence, and personal growth. My unique approach blends the best of cognitive behavioural therapy, psychoeducation, and emotion-focused therapy, but I also emphasize the importance of integrating mind, body, and spirit.
In addition to mental health and counselling, I’m passionate about travel and how it can deeply enrich our sense of well-being. My content explores not only how to nurture a healthy mindset but also how to balance your work, travel, and self-care routines for a truly fulfilled life.
